Fox News legal analyst and commentator formerly worked as a defense attorney and pretended to be a law professor. Jarrett authored the best-selling book, The Russian Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump. Christopher Landau
Currently the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico, Landau clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Antonin Scalia, placing him in serious contention. However, information about his education history and law degree is conspicuously absent on his curriculum vitae.
Lawrence VanDyke
A judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, VanDyke graduated from Montana State University and Bear Valley Bible Institute and Law School. Above in tears, he leads the vice president’s list.
Apparently, the president is not concerned about his lack of authority
to fire Supreme Court justices, “As president, if I can nominate and appoint a justice, I can fire and un-appoint a justice.” Nor is he troubled about the absence of women or people of color on his replacement list, saying, “I’ve got Amy and Clarence so we’re covered.”
