 NOVEMBER 14, 2020 BREAKING NEWS
A source close to the Trump family disclosed this morning that all White House furnishings and art were replaced with fakes before the president and his family occupied the People’s House in 2017.
Donald Trump’s election win sent White House Historical Association members into paroxysms. Several members had seen photographs of the president’s penthouse in New York City, which confirmed their worst fears: All of the president’s taste resided in his mouth and he couldn’t care less about history, except his own. Under then-curator, William G. Allman appointed by President George W. Bush, a tactical team was assembled and a secure storage facility was procured.
Working at warp speed over a 12-week period prior to Trump’s inauguration, the team moved all paintings, artifacts, carpeting, draperies and furniture out of the public and private quarters of the White House. At the same time, it organized and commissioned an elite group of highly skilled forgers to replicate every item removed. By inauguration day, the White House was completely refurnished with fakes.
The world-famous Winterthur Museum founded by Henry Francis du Pont in the great state of Delaware volunteered to send its Chief Executive Officer Carol Cadou to review the work’s authenticity.
Ms. Cadou, a world-renowned historic preservation expert, gave the White House forgery very high marks, “The work is simply astounding. I never would have dreamed it possible, and dare anyone to question its provenance.”
