MATERIALS
Hara uses a lot of natural elements such as wood, paper and
ceramics reflect the Japanese traditions and form a tactile
connection. He also uses a lot of modern textures, materials
such as glass and metal are used for their clean and timeless
qualities.
FINISHES
He uses Matte or Subtle gloss. These finishes can create a soft,
calm elegance that avoids overwhealming the senses of the
products he creates.
LIGHTING
Hara uses soft and diffused lighting. The gentle lighting can
compliment the minimal aesthetic he sets out to achieve,
emphasising form and functionality without using noisy and
harsh contrasts.
COLOURS
He uses Neutral Palettes. Whites, greys and earthy tones which
create a warmth vibe. He also uses occasional accents. Muted
natural hues which highlight elements without disrupting
balance.
