The Target 1-HBCU for Life A Call to
Action has been on the move! Target 1
participated in the HBCU College Fair at
Union Chapel-Family Life Center. Target 1
shared information with High School
students about the #CAP (College
Admissions Process) program and gave out
College prep brochures. Several students
stopped by Epsilon Gamma Omegas table
to receive some great information and tips!

Target 4 showcased the thirty-six-vintage black-
and white and color photographs of notable
African American artist and performers
captured by american photographer Jack
Mitchell. Handed selected by the Huntsville
Museum of Art from the Jack Mitchell Archives,
photographs from Harlem, Hollywood, and
Broadway, which included engaging images of
singer-songwriter Harry Belafonte, singer
Whitney Houston (in her first professional
photo session), dance group fonder Alvin Ailey,
writer Toni Morris, soprano Leontyne Price,
singer Donna Summer, actress Cicely Tyson,
and actor Ben Vereen, among others.
