Mentors and Mentees Mingling at Michael Kors

The Sister-2-Sister subcommittee of the
Membership Committee hosted a "Mentees
Mingling with Mentors" at the Michael Kors
Store in Bridge Street on October 29, 2017.

This was a great opportunity for sorors to
mingle and shop. The staff at Michael Kors
provided champagne and cupcakes as we
shopped for some pink and green MK prod-
ucts and offered an inviting environment for
EGO to fellowship and to shop at one of the
premier designers! The refreshments were a
special and welcomed touch. The warm-
ness and professionalism of the staff was out-
standing and second to none. We thoroughly
enjoyed the event and are continuing to enjoy
our purchases!!

There were over 40 sorors who attended in-
clusive of mentees and mentors at the gradu-
ate level as well as the grad to undergrad
connections. This event sparked a potential
future partnership for EGO members to ex-
perience and enjoy!

This activity was another opportunity to connect our mentors and mentees; and, it was a huge success! Special Ku-
dos to Soror Daphne Thurman for spearheading this event!
