Section  1:  The  chapter  shall  have  the  following  elected
           officers: Basileus, First Anti-Basileus, Second Anti-Basileus,
           Grammateus,  Anti-  Grammateus,  Epistoleus,  Pecunious
           Grammateus,  Anti-  Pecunious  Grammateus,  Tamiouchos,
           Anti-Tamiochous, Ivy Leaf Reporter, and Graduate Advisors.
           The  Parliamentarian,  Hodegos,  Philacter,  Membership
           Chairman,  Chaplain  and  Media  Correspondent  shall  be
           appointed  by  the Basileus,  subject  to  the  approval  of  the
           chapter.  Of  the  appointed  officers,  only the Parliamentarian
           has voting rights on the Executive Committee.

           Section 2:  The terms of office for each chapter officer shall
           be two (2) years, or until a successor is elected. Any officer
           shall be eligible to  succeed herself only  once in any given
           office.

           Section 3:  In case of an unexpired term of the Basileus, the
           vacancy shall be filled by the First Anti-Basileus. In case of
           the unexpired term of all other officers, the vacancy shall be
           filled through appointment of the Executive Committee, with
           the approval of the chapter.

           Section 4:  A member, to be a candidate for any office, must
           have been financial with Epsilon Gamma Omega for a period
           of at least one (1) year immediately preceding her candidacy,
           and she must have attended at least one (1) Boule or one (1) of
           the last two (2) Regional Conferences.

           Section 5: A member to be a candidate for Graduate Advisor
           to an undergraduate chapter must have attended one (1) of the
           last  two  (2) Boules and one (1) of the last two (2) regional
           conferences prior to her election and shall have been a member
           of Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter for at least two (2) years
           immediately prior to her election. She must possess a valid
           certification as a Graduate Advisor by Alpha Kappa Alpha,
           and must have been an active member of the Sorority for at least
           five (5) years prior to certification and has not been suspended
           for hazing or misappropriation of funds. To be considered as
