a candidate for the office of Graduate Advisor the member
must complete and submit the Prospective Financial Officer
Candidate Disclosure Form to the Nominating Committee
certifying that she has not been sanctioned criminally or civilly
for misappropriation of funds. The Graduate Advisor will be
elected using the process defined in the Alpha Kappa Alpha
Manual of Standard Procedure.
Section 6: Chapter officers with the exception of the
Parliamentarian, Hodegos, Philacter, Membership Chairman,
Chaplain and Media Correspondent, shall be elected by
majority vote if there are only two candidates seeking an
office, or plurality vote if there are three or more candidates, at
the regular meeting in November and installed at the close of
the December meeting, continuing the rotational system as
follows:

typing/computer skills.

ARTICLE V. DUTIES OF CHAPTER OFFICERS

Section 1: The chapter BASILEUS shall preside at all meetings
