been sanctioned criminally or civilly for misappropriation of
funds.

Section 11: It shall be the duty of the IVY LEAF
REPORTER to compile, type and edit news releases; send
news releases to all news media, Ivy Leaf, newspapers, radio
and television stations; cover all major chapter activities; and
serve as Chairman of the Public Relations Committee. She
shall serve on the Pictorial History Committee.

Section 12: The GRADUATE ADVISORS to the
undergraduate chapters shall serve as liaisons between
Epsilon Gamma Omega and the undergraduate chapters
(Gamma Mu and Omicron Zeta) and also between the
undergraduate chapters and the South Eastern Regional
Director. They shall serve as Chairman and Co- chairman of
the Graduate Advisory Committee, appointed by the Basileus.
They shall serve on the Program Committee. Their remaining
duties may be found in the Manual of Standard Procedure.

Section 13: It shall be the duty of the HODEGOS to serve as
official hostess of the chapter and Chairman of Protocol. She
shall serve as Chairman of the Courtesy and Protocol
Committee. She shall receive and introduce all visitors.

Section 14: It shall be the duty of the PHILACTER to guard
the doors and answer all alarms; check credentials or
eligibility of members arriving late; deny entrance to
unauthorized persons; assist in maintaining order, upon
request of the Basileus. Keep attendance for each sorority
meeting, to be placed on file. She shall serve as a member of
the Membership Committee.

Section 15: It shall be the duty of the PARLIAMENTARIAN
to give advice to the Chairman, (e.g., call any error in
proceedings; ensure no procedural details are overlooked,
etc). She shall also serve as Chairman of the Bylaws
Committee. She shall assist the presiding officer in the
