Section 12: REGIONAL CONFERENCE DISPLAY
COMMITTEE –
This committee shall consist of at least five (5) members
appointed by the Basileus, including the Program Committee
Chairman. It shall be the duty of this committee to prepare the
annual Regional Conference Display.

Section 13: PICTORIAL HISTORY COMMITTEE – This
committee shall consist of at least five (5) members appointed
by the Basileus, including the Program Committee Chairman
and Ivy Leaf Reporter. It shall be the duty of this committee
to classify and maintain a file of photographs, newspaper
clippings, programs, etc., and to keep the chapter scrapbook
current.

Section 14: CHAPTER DIRECTORY COMMITTEE –
This committee shall consist of at least five (5) members
appointed by the Basileus. It shall have the responsibility of
preparing the chapter directory and keeping it current.

Section 15: SORORITY MATERIALS AND
RESOURCES COMMITTEE – This committee shall
consist of at least five (5) members appointed by the
Basileus. It shall publish an inventory of all non-expendable
items belonging to the sorority and make it accessible;
arrange for appropriate storage when not in use and make an
annual inventory report to the sorority of all materials in the
March meeting. Develop and manage a system to maintain a
check-in and check-out policy.

Section16:NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE – This
committee shall consist of at least five (5) members appointed
by the Basileus. It is the responsibility of this committee to
collect, prepare and distribute current news of the sorority and
its related activities.
