the Grammateus, the book should be closed out and put in the
file. The new Grammateus will be supplied a new book to keep
her records.

Section 3: Constitution and Bylaws received from the
National Office should be retained in the file. Each member
should purchase her own copy no later than one month after
the new Constitution is released.

ARTICLE IX. JOINT MEETINGS

Section 1: There shall be at least two (2) joint meetings of the
chapters during the year. The main purpose of these meetings
shall be social, in order to increase fellowship and better
understanding. Only business of joint interest, such as
programs of civic and social importance, may be discussed and
voted upon at these meetings. Such meetings shall be presided
over alternately by the Basileus of each chapter and attended
by the active members of the chapters.

ARTICLE X. BOULES AND REGIONAL DELEGATES

Section 1: Epsilon Gamma Omega shall have representatives
at each South Eastern Regional Conference and each Boule.

Section 2: The official delegates to the Regional and
International Conferences shall be named in the following
priority order: Basileus, Graduate Advisors, First Anti-
Basileus, Second Anti- Basileus, Grammateus, Pecunious
Grammateus, Tamiouchos, Epistoleus, Anti-Grammateus,
Anti-Pecunious Grammateus, Ivy Leaf Reporter, Anti-
Tamiochous, Parliamentarian, Membership Chairman,
Hodegos, Philacter, Media Correspondent and Chaplain.
Additionally, the Basileus and Graduate Advisors will be the
official representatives for the chapter at the Leadership
Seminar.

Section 3: All expenses of the Basileus to the State, Regional,
International and Leadership Conferences shall be paid by the
