Section 2: Appeals Process - an active member of Epsilon
Gamma Omega Chapter, having a grievance(s) with the ruling
of the Basileus affecting any substantial question, has the right
to reconsideration and appeal using the following steps:

• The process for a member making an appeal is
that the request shall be made in writing.

• The member must first appeal to the Basileus
within 30 days to reconsider her ruling. If the
ruling is not reversed, the member should then
appeal to the Regional Director.

• If an appeal is made to the Regional Director, a
copy must be sent to the Basileus for
informational purposes. The appeal should be
made to the Regional Director no later than 60
days following the ruling of the Basileus.

• Any member having grievances with the ruling of
the Regional Director affecting any substantial
questions should follow the Appeals Process as
outlined in the Manual of Standard Procedure.

ARTICLE XIII. AMENDING BYLAWS

Section 1: Proposed amendments to the Chapter Bylaws shall
be circulated to the Chapter no later than one month prior to
the meeting in which voting will take place. Bylaws may be
amended following a two- thirds Chapter vote and approval
of the Regional Director, in accordance with the Manual of
Standard Procedure.

ARTICLE XIV. DISSOLUTION

Section 1: Upon dissolution of the Chapter, its assets shall be
