Section21:TECHNOLOGY           COMMITTEE          –    This
           committee shall consist of at least five (5) members appointed
           by  the  Basileus.  It  shall  be  responsible  for  the  technology
           activities  of  the  chapter  including  but  not  limited  to
           maintenance  of  chapter  website,  email  distribution,
           membership skills databank.

           Section 22:  PRINTING COMMITTEE – This committee
           shall  consist  of  at  least  five (5) members appointed by the
           Basileus. It shall have the responsibility of printing sorority
           related material.

           Section  23:  BASILEI  COUNCIL  –  This  committee  shall
           consist of all former Basilei of the chapter. The Chairman will
           be appointed by the Basileus. The council will provide advice
           when  called  upon  by  the  Basileus  in  areas  such  as
           communication,  organization,  sisterly  relations,  leadership
           and problem solving.

           Section 24:  SPECIAL AND AD HOC COMMITTEES –
           The Basileus shall create committees as needed to facilitate the
           purpose and objective  of  the  chapter.  All  such  committees
           shall be approved by the chapter.

           Section 25:  FOUNDERS’ DAY – The chapter shall observe
           Founders’  Day  annually  during  the  month  of  January,
           February, or March. This committee shall consist of at least
           nine (9) members appointed by the Basileus. The Committee
           shall  have  the  responsibility  of  executing  a  Founders’  Day
           event, closed or public on an annual basis.

           ARTICLE VIII. CHAPTER FILES AND RECORDS
           Section 1:  Chapter records and rituals should be locked in a
           fireproof cabinet which is kept inside the officer’s home or
           designated climate control storage area. The exact place will
           be determined by the Executive Committee.

           Section 2:  Minutes of each chapter meeting should be kept in
           a permanent record book. At the end of the term of office of
