Section 1: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE – This committee
shall consist of the Basileus as Chairman, First Anti-Basileus,
Second Anti- Basileus, Grammateus, Anti-Grammateus,
Epistoleus, Pecunious Grammateus, Anti-Pecunious
Grammateus, Tamiouchos, Anti- Tamiochous, Ivy Leaf
Reporter, Graduate Advisors, Parliamentarian, Hodegos,
Philacter, Chaplain, Membership Chairman, and Media
Correspondent. Of the appointed officers, only the
Parliamentarian has voting rights on the Executive
Committee. This committee shall meet monthly (September –
June) and concern itself with all phases of the organization’s
operation. Following such meetings, it shall make a report to
the chapter for approval of action taken. In case of emergency,
a special meeting of the Executive Committee may be called
by the Basileus. It shall also be the duty of this committee to
administer the business of the chapter at times other than in
regular meetings. A quorum shall be the majority of the
elected officers at the Executive Meeting.

Section 2: CHAPTER BYLAWS COMMITTEE –This
committee shall consist of the Parliamentarian as Chairman,
the Grammateus, and at
least four (4) other members appointed by the Basileus. This
committee shall propose needed changes to the Bylaws,
carefully examine all proposed amendments from the
approved sources and formulate same for circulation.

Section 3: FINANCE COMMITTEE – This committee
shall consist of the Tamiouchos as Chairman, the First Anti-
Basileus, Second Anti- Basileus, Grammateus, Pecunious
Grammateus, Anti-Pecunious Grammateus, Anti-
Tamiochous, Chairman of the Debutante and Fundraising
Committees and an additional member appointed by the
Basileus. It shall draw up and supervise the operation of the
annual budget of the chapter, promote support for a current
fundraising drive; be responsible for audition of accounts not
otherwise provided for. The Finance Committee shall be
responsible for originating and administering a program of
