Section 8: PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE – This
committee shall consist of the Ivy Leaf Reporter as Chairman,
the Media Correspondent, and at least five (5) members
appointed by the Basileus. It shall have the responsibility of
communicating the policies and activities which affect the
public image of the sorority.

Section9:MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE – This committee
is chaired by the Membership Chairman, and shall consist of
the Philacter, Chaplain and Epistoleus and at least nine (9)
other members appointed by the Basileus. It shall have the
responsibility of receiving and processing recommendations
on all perspective members. It shall also have the
responsibility of keeping the membership in-take process
records current. This committee is to monitor membership
status and trends and recommend strategies for recruitment
and retention. Additionally, this committee shall be
responsible for verifying eligibility of members to sponsor
candidates for the MIP and debutantes.

Section 10: AUDIT COMMITTEE – This committee shall
consist of at least five (5) members appointed by the Basileus.
It should never include the current Tamiouchos, Pecunious
Grammateus, or Grammateus. It shall audit the financial
records of the chapter at least once per year and make a written
report of the financial progress and condition of the chapter.

Section 11: COURTESY AND PROTOCOL
COMMITTEE –This
committee shall consist of at least five (5) members appointed
by the Basileus, the Chairman of which is the Hodegos. It shall
be responsible for extending courtesies to members, when
appropriate, and report expenditures to the chapter. This
committee shall be responsible for establishing guidelines for
the financial members and be in the membership in- take
