interpretation of the International Constitution and Bylaws,
Manual of Standard Procedure, and
Chapter Bylaws.

Section 16: It shall be the duty of the CHAPLAIN to provide
meditation at meetings of the chapter and to serve as a member
of the Membership Committee.

Section 17: It shall be the duty of the MEMBERSHIP
CHAIRMAN to coordinate all chapter activities which relate
to recruitment, reclamation and retention of members. She
shall serve as Chairman of the Membership Committee. She
shall not have been suspended for hazing.

Section 18: It shall be the duty of the MEDIA
CORRESPONDENT to assist the Ivy Leaf Reporter as
necessary. She shall serve on the Public Relations Committee.

Section 19: It shall be the duty of each officer to deliver to her
successor all files, supplies and other materials in her
possession within 30 days after the closing of the calendar
year.

ARTICLE VI. CHAPTER MEETINGS

Section 1: The chapter shall meet monthly on the second
Saturday (September – June) at designated places. Members
will be notified by a combination of mail, email, or telephone.
Special meetings shall be scheduled as needed by the Basileus.
Section 2: The quorum for the chapter meeting shall be one-
third of the fully financial membership plus one-half of the
total officers. Only those members who are fully financial are
eligible to vote at that meeting. The chapter members may
assemble for information only when a quorum is not present.
