chapter, subject to budget restraints. For the Graduate
Advisors, the chapter shall pay the registration, dual lodging
and a partial travel allowance subject to budget constraints. The
registration fee shall be paid for all other delegates by the
chapter to the Regional and International Conferences, subject
to budget restraints.

ARTICLE. XI CHAPTER FINANCE

Section 1: The fiscal year of the chapter shall be from January
1 to December 31.

Section 2: All regular chapter dues and special assessments
are due and payable to the chapter by the first meeting in
January.

Section 3: Chapter dues, chapter assessments and EAF will
be waived for any financially active Soror within Epsilon
Gamma Omega who can be verified by the Corporate office
as a Diamond Soror or a Pearl Soror by December of the prior
year.
Section 4: The chapter Tamiouchos, Pecunious Grammateus,
and Basileus shall be bonded.

Section 5: Any member of the chapter who has not been
financial for one
(1) year or more may reactivate by paying the national
reactivation fee and any previous indebtedness to her former
chapter and the Boule. Current dues and assessments will
begin at the time of reactivation.

ARTICLE XII. PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

Section 1: The rules contained in the current edition of
Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised shall govern the
Chapter in all cases to which they are applicable and in which
they are not inconsistent with these Bylaws an any special
