Section B. FINANCE
1. The Bank statement (s) on all accounts are required
to come to the chapter’s address. The statements
will be retained by the Tamiouchos so they can be
attached to the report given to the chapter. The
original banks statements are attached to the
Tamiouchos’ report given.
2. The Chapter Basileus and appropriate committee
chair/officer must approve all expense claims prior
to payment. This approval occurs via a chapter
voucher.
3. All funds received for the Debutante Ball must be
held in a separate account and can only be used to
support community efforts (e.g. scholarships,
Reading Is Fun (RIF), service projects, etc.).
4. The Tamiouchos shall order an outgoing Basileus a
Guard for her Badge at the chapter’s expense and
make it available to the Hodegos prior to the
installation of officers.
5. The Basileus is fully funded to attend the South
Eastern Regional Conference, Boule and Leadership
conference and other state, regional and
international conferences. This includes but not
limited to registration to include paying activities,
room and board, parking, transportation to and from
the airport and, etc.
6. All dues and recurring annual assessments must be
paid no later than January 1 of each year. Sorors are
inactive and ineligible after the January Chapter
meeting to attend chapter meeting, vote, make
motions, serve on chapter committees, or participate
in chapter only events, until such dues and
assessments are paid.
