recuperating at home: Soror will be sent a “Get Well” card
on behalf of the chapter or provided some other expression
of sisterly love at the request of the Basileus.

e. Deaths

i. Death of Soror or an immediate family member: A floral
expression will be sent unless there is a special request,
such as “In lieu of flowers…”
ii. “Immediate family” includes a Soror’s: husband,
children, mother, father, sister(s), brother(s) and
grandparent(s).

2. Monthly chapter birthday gifts shall not
exceed $ 5.00 per Soror.

3. The Courtesy & Protocol Committee shall
secure recognition tokens/gifts for the
following occasions:

a. Founders’ Day recognitions for:
i. Charter Members
ii. Current Chapter Basileus
iii. Past Directorate member(s)
iv. who are current member(s)
of Epsilon Gamma Omega
iv. First- time Diamond Soror
v. First-time Pearl Soror
vi. First-time Golden Soror
vii. First-time Silver Soror
viii. Golden Soror of the Year
ix. Soror of the Year
x. Major appointments of
EGO Sorors
xi. Achievements (Advanced
degrees and Retirements)
