2. CANDIDATE FOR GRADUATE ADVISOR: A
member to be a candidate for Graduate Advisor to an
undergraduate chapter must have attended one (1) of the
last two (2) Boules and one (1) of the last two (2) regional
conferences prior to her election and shall have been a
member of Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter for at least
two (2) years immediately prior to her election. She must
possess a valid certification as a Graduate Advisor by
Alpha Kappa Alpha, and must have been an active
member of the Sorority for at least five (5) years prior to
certification and has not been suspended for hazing or
misappropriation of funds. To be considered as a
candidate for the office of Graduate Advisor the member
must complete and submit the Prospective Financial
Officer Candidate Disclosure Form to the Nominating
Committee certifying that she has not been sanctioned
criminally or civilly for misappropriation of funds.

3. DEBUTANTE SPONSORSHIP: To qualify as a
sponsor or co-sponsor of a Debutante, a soror must
be an active member in good standing of Epsilon
Gamma Omega Chapter. A soror may sponsor or
co-sponsor a total of two (2) debutante(s). A soror
must also meet the following additional criteria:
a. Complete sponsor application for
verification of eligibility, maximum of two
sponsorships of debutantes. Co-sponsors
must meet the same requirements.
b. Attended at least one (1) of the last three (3)
Cluster, Regional or International
Conferences.
c. Attended a minimum of six (6) monthly
sorority meetings during the previous year
(January – December) and four (4) meetings
of the current year in which a member
submits her sponsorship application
d. Active participation on one (1) chapter
