e. Sponsors and co-sponsors must attend the
Debutante Sponsor Training Workshop.
4. SPONSORSHIP FOR THE GRADUATE
MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE (ME): An
active chapter member may only sponsor one (1)
prospective candidate or co-sponsor a maximum of
two (2) prospective candidates; and sign the
sponsorship recommendation form per Membership
Experience. Active chapter participation criteria for
sponsorship of prospective candidates for Graduate
Membership is as follows:
A. Must be an active member in the chapter
conducting the Membership Experience for four
(4) years (48 consecutive months) immediately
before the chapter’s request to conduct an ME.
B. Attended at least 70% (7 out of 10) chapter
meetings in each 12-month period, for the past
24-consecutive months prior to the soror
certification date on the sponsorship form.
C. Attended at least one (1) of the following events
over the past two calendar years*:
1. Boule
2. Leadership Seminar

3. Regional Conference
D. And, attended at least two (2) of the following
events over the past two calendar years*:
1. Cluster Conference
2. Regional Leadership Meeting/Chapter
Retreat/Chapter Training
3. Undergraduate Round-up
E. Participated in Sorority/chapter activities by
attending at least three (3) of the following
