subject to a late fee of ten percent (10%) of the
entire amount if paid after the January chapter
meeting of each year.
8. Visiting sorors are invited to attend no more than
three (3) chapter meetings per calendar year.
9. The chapter will not accept postdated checks for
dues or any payment.

Section C. CHAPTER OPERATIONS

1. Only the Basileus may invite committee chairmen,
or any member whose input is needed, to attend
Executive Board meeting.
2. The Basileus shall appoint with the approval of the
chapter, the chairman and members of all
committees and fill any vacancies except as
otherwise provided by the bylaws.
3. A newsletter shall be provided to the chapter.
4. Use of electronic email and phone is acceptable as
official notification to chapter members.
5. In order for a Soror to be considered present at the
Chapters business meetings, she must arrive prior to
the Graduate Advisor’s Report.

Section D. ELECTION AND SPONSORSHIP
CRITERIA
*Per Article IV, Sections, 4 and 5, and Article III, Sections
1, 2 and 3 of the EGO Bylaws.

1. CANDIDATES FOR ELECTIVE OFFICE: A
member, to be a candidate for any office, must have been
financial with Epsilon Gamma Omega for a period of at
least one (1) year immediately preceding her candidacy,
and she must have attended at least one (1) Boule or one
(1) of the last two (2) Regional Conferences.
