MARCH SORORITY MEETING

The March 11, 2017 Chapter meeting proved
to be another busy one. The EGO
representatives to the North Alabama National
Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Sorors
Yvonne Sanderson, Erica Washington,
Kimberly Petty and Carol Parham, collected
diapers and wipes to donate to the Catholic
Center of Concern. The Target I (Educational
Enrichment) One Million Backpacks Sub-
Committee collected backpacks to take to the
85 th South Eastern Regional Conference.
Target IV (Environmental Ownership) was
rallying the sorors to participate in the 2017
Earth Day celebration on April 22nd at Hays
Nature Preserve. Target V (Global Impact)
th
invited sorors to attend the Asha Kiran 11
Annual Ray of Hope Event on April 22. Target II (Health Promotion) presented a check to the American Heart
Association in the amount of $1,752.68 and also presented those who contributed to make our Pink Goes Red
activity in February a success.
