             Career Paths in AMU & social learning



         OM/ DSM/ ROM
             DSMs review Prod / Goal monthly with every office and agent
             Conduct Annual Review - continue doing all reviews one time per year, agent must

             be employed for at least 6 months
             6 month review through Paycom. Done by DSM, and DSMs report high level
             information to RSMs By 6 months employee should be fully trained and
             productive
             1-YR Anniversary Recognition - monthly celebrations/meeting with a member of

             leadership, post on workplace, A-MAX bucks, name tag with years of service, lunch









                  Additional Recognition Opportunities


                      At 6 months employment- Continuous Learner Award


                      At 9 months employment- High potential for Office Manager position


                      At 12 months employment- Property & Casualty License
