         A-MAX's goal is for all Sales Trainees to receive their license within their first 30-

         days of hire. Your agent should have their license by day 31 and should be part of
         the office's work schedule. Schedule routine coaching sessions with your new hire.




              Work with OM or assigned employee on:
                  Carrier training

                  Late fees/due dates/expiration dates/ grace periods
                  Payment types and how to post

                  Make sure they complete all required training
              A-MAX University

                  Login to AMU 3-5 times a week to complete reinforcement questions
                  Refresher classes on anything the agent is struggling with from week 4

                  Courses to take: Renters, motorcycle, homeowners
                  Carriers and underwriting,  Top three carriers, Surety bond, Bridging ITC-

                  InsurancePro. Marketing, Cross-selling
              OM/DSM

                  Work on skills or learnings the agent is struggling with
                  Discuss office and agent goals

                  QCA review by DSM every time they are pulled by DSM

                  Weekly Underwriting score review by DSM
                  Week 6: soft check-in on areas requiring more trainings identified in week

                  four.
                  Week 8: formal check-in on areas requiring more trainings identified in

                  week four.
                  End of month: HROP check-in call with agent

                  Within month: RSM check-in (must be done by week 9)
