           After 90 days, the agent should be on their way to  working independently,
           with periodic check-ins from their manager. The agent's manager should

           assess their development needs based on KPIs, QCA scores, and performance

           reviews. Use the A-MAX University Leaderboard to identify gaps in the agent's
           knowledge. Coach the agent through their development process.



           Intro to Rookie of the Quarter - trophy, A-MAX swag, announced on workplace,

           phone call from leadership to EE, take to lunch (in development)

                    Reinforcement questions and complete learning path

                    90 Day Assessment:
                         HR & LD Checkpoints are combined and delivered to the RSM and

                         DSM for review via Paycom

                OM/DSM/ RSM
                    DSM Ride Along and Local Marketing training

                    RSM check-in (if not done in month 2)
