Success
As agents continue their growth journey with A-MAX, encourage
them to seek out growth opportunities we provide. Here are some
of the few recognition and continued growth oportunities that are
offered by the L&D Team at A-MAX.
Continuous Learner Award
Winners will receive a prize and be recognized on A-MAX University and Workplace
for their achievement. In order to be entered to win, the agent must:
1. Meet the log in requirements of 3-5 times a week/ 3-5 minutes a day for a
minimum of 90 days.
2. Complete all assigned & required learning.
Certifications
A-MAX offers different certifications that will allow agents to increase their
earning potential. Check with L&D on the requirements. Two current certifications
are:
Certified Progressive Agent
Certified Web-quote Agent (in development)
Recognizing Future Office Managers
A-MAX University works with operations in order to identify future office
managers. To be considered for a future office manager position, agents must do
the following on A-MAX University for recommendations;
1. Meet the basic 3-5 requirements & complete required training.
2. Be recognized by the DSM as an agent with management potential.
3. Complete the Foundations of Management Course.
4. Go above and beyond in their learning by enrolling in extra courses in the
Self-Directed learning section of A-MAX University.
Property & Causality License
Sometimes growth can be lateral for an agent. A-MAX allows motivated agents to
achieve their P&C License, which is entirely paid for by the company. For an agent
to be considered for their P&C License, they must be with A-MAX for at least 12
months and receive a recommendation from the DSM submitted to Operations.
Foundations of Management Course
This course will teach OM/OAMs the fundamentals of what it takes to be a great
manager and leader. It is designed for new managers, high-potential agents, or as
a refresher for existing managers who need to hone their skills.
