       Day 1

            Complete the Insurance Pro and TurboRater training in AMU.
            Payments observations

            Study for Limited Lines exam (if not passed) using resources in
            AMU.


       Day 2

            9:15-12:00 Quality Call Analysis training class
            1:00-5:00 Underwriting Workshop



       Day 3
            Complete AMU General Carrier Activities and QCA course. Only

            offered to licensed agents. Unlicensed will attend after
            licensed.

            In office guided sales


       Day 4

            9:00-5:00 Successful Selling training class: offered to licensed
            agents. Sales Trainees will attend after they obtain their

            license.
            End of Day Check In with DSM/OM



       Day 5
            Complete unfinished AMU courses

            1:00-4:00 Freshworks Training for licensed agents only.
                If unlicensed, agents take online LL study session and chat

                with facilitator for a Q&A session.
            Take payments, if licensed.

            End of Week check in with DSM/OM (provide next steps and set

            action items for upcoming week)
