First Day
Day 1
9:00 Meet and Greet
9:30 Meet with HR to do orientation, paperwork, and Paycom
10:00-12:00 DSM/OM
Give agent Road to Success Welcome Kit: binder, pen, Water bottle, About
A-MAX Values Card, Agent Journey, Training Materials (We are still working
on what will be in the welcome kit.)
Tour the office, include security, panic button, and system log-ins, if
available at this time.
Discuss expectations for Week 1
12:00-1:00 Lunch with DMS/OM
1:00-4:00 New Agent Training Begins
If an agent is a rehire returning to A-MAX within 90 days, they are exempt
from NAT.
If the agent is a rehire returning to A-MAX between 91 days and 6 months,
the agent can take an opt-out exam before their scheduled training date.
If the agent passes the exam with a grade of 90% or above, they are
exempt from NAT. If their grade is below 90%, the agent is expected to
complete NAT.

Review training goals and timeline
Review licensing goals and timelines
5:00-6:00 End of Day Check-In
Meet with your new hire and discuss their take aways from the day, answer
their questions, discuss struggles or frustrations, and excitements.
Ask them if there is anything they need from you.
Let them know that you are excited they joined the team, and you are
available to help them make this opportunity a success.
