Setting
Up AMU
On the agent's start date, they will receive
a welcome email from A-MAX University
(amaxmail), welcoming them and giving
them instructions on how to log in.
If, for some reason, they do not receive the email they are still able to log in to A-MAX
University. Some cases would be if they are a rehire that has recently left, or if their email
was not typed in correctly into Paycom. Give them the web address,
https://amaxuniversity.axonify.com.
The very first time they log in, they will use their 4-digit ID as the username and the
temporary password of
Welcome1!
(Remember: all passwords in A-MAX University are case sensitive, so type carefully.)
Ensure they follow the prompts to set up their account from there.
If this does not work, they must email the L&D team at
learning@amaxinsurance.com.
Make sure the email includes their:
name,
4-digit ID number, and a
brief description of their issue.
A member of the team will be able to assist them.
