Developing the skills of your team members

                                                       is  especially  crucial  during  their  first  90

                                                       days.  First  impressions  are  very  significant

                                                       to the perception of an individual.











          The  failure  to  correctly  onboard  can  be

          detrimental to your new team member’s

          future  performance  and  can  result  in

          them  becoming  quickly  disillusioned  in
          their  new  position  or  even  leaving  for

          another  opportunity  within  30  days  of

          onboarding.              Providing             timely,

          compassionate, and effective feedback is

          crucial during the onboarding process.

































          How  you  treat  impressionable  new  team  members  is  critical.  Creating  an

          environment  that  makes  them  feel  like  a  welcomed  part  of  your  team  will

          increase the likelihood that they will stay with A-MAX.
