9:15-12:00 NAT (Insurance Auto Basics)
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-5:00 Auto Insurance Basics Exam
A minimum grade of ≥70% is required to pass.
If agents do not pass the exam, they must retake the exam to receive
a passing grade.
If agents do not pass the 2nd time, the decision rests on the DSM,
RSM, and VP of L&D to determine the agent's options with the
company.
5:00 DSM/OM End of Day Check-in
Day 3
9:15-5:00 Limited Line Pre-Licensing Class
If an agent has an active Limited Lines or P&C license, they are
exempt from the class.
If an agent has one of the licenses, but it has been expired for less
than a year, they can be renewed and they are exempt from the class.
If the agent's license has been expired for over a year, they must take
the Limited Lines course.
The County Mutual License is NOT an acceptable license.
