                        Work on mandatory compliance courses.
                   12:00-1:00 Lunch
                   1:00-5:00 Study for LL exam (flashcards, games, and other tools online)

                   LL Facilitator is available for 1 hour to answer questions.



              **Note: Sales Trainees can not perform any customer engagement activities;
              they can only shadow other agents until they pass the actual licensing exam
              and receive their license from TDI. Ensure Sales Trainee completes courses

              assigned in learning path.**


              Day 2
                   9:00-12:00
                        Watch open procedures and store safety videos in AMU.

                        Watch "A Day in the Life of an A-MAX Agent" on AMU
                        In-office observation of opening procedures

                        Make bank run with OM or assigned person
                        Study for LL exam using online resources

                   12:00-1:00 Lunch
                   1:00-6:00 Shadow an agent using the observation sheet. Discuss
                   observations with DSM/OM.
