         Day 4

              9:15-12:00 Limited Line Licensing Class
                   Review licensing content and study session

              12:00-12:45 Lunch

              12:45-1:45 Continue to review content and self-study time
              1:45-5:00

                   Practice exam- 1 hour time limit, a grade of ≥74% is required to pass.

                   After practice exam is passed, Sales Trainee should contact the
                   Licensing Coordinator to schedule the license exam and fingerprinting.

                   If Agent does not pass, they are scheduled to retake the exam.

                   The Sales Trainee will have two opportunities to pass the practice
                   exam. The Licensing Lead Facilitator will make recommendations and

                   comments via email on the Sales Trainee's class engagement and the

                   effort made in class to grasp the content. After two attempts to pass the
                   practice exam, the Director of Sales, RSM, and VP of L&D will determine

                   the agent's options and opportunities.

              5:00 DSM/OM End of Day Check-in


         Day 5

              9:00-12:00 Independent Learning

                   In-office observations and Bingo Assignment. (Direct the Sales Trainee
                   to use the handouts provided for this activity.)

              12:00-1:00 Lunch

              1:00-3:00 Week 1 Check In and Recap
                   Insurance Basics learnings and Bingo review - discuss next weeks

                   expectations



              5:00 DSM/OM End of Day Check-in

                   Remind employee to complete the first week survey through Paycom.
