                  9:00-12:00
                       Assist with open procedures.

                       Complete AMU telephone etiquette and Stratus
                       Study Limited Lines content, if the agent hasn't passed the exam.

                  12:00-1:00 Lunch
                  1:00-6:00
                       Attend 2-hour customer experience training.

                       Watch "Day in the Life of an A-MAX Agent" if not completed, and
                       discuss observations with DSM/OM.

                       Assist with pre-closing procedures.


             Day 4
                  9:00-7:00
                       Limited Lines review session with facilitator, if practice or actual exam

                       has not been passed.
                       Assist with open/closing procedures/bank run, etc.

                       Complete AMU Taking Payments course
                       Payment observations


             Day 5
                  10:00-2:00 Two-week touch point by L&D
                  Take Limited Lines licensing test, (if scheduled).

                  DSM to check in with employee on their exam results.
