                                    ANALYSIS












               Purpose

               Competitive  analysis  is  done  quarterly  and  when  a  new
               competitor opens to understand the competitive landscape, to

               make sure that A-MAX has competitive products, premiums,

               and fees. To make sure A-MAX is providing the best service to
               customers.



               Applicability
               RSMs and DSMs will be able to understand the competition in

               their market.



               Prerequisites
               Understanding of ITC

               Understanding of Excel





               Responsibilities

               RSM- in charge of overseeing the process and ensuring that

               the analysis is completed
               DSM- in charge of visiting or calling competitors and getting

               quotes which are forwarded to the RSM.
