After the Sales agent collects the funds, the agent must
apply the funds to the carriers website immediately and
process it on Insurance Pro. Notify the customer of their
next monthly payment due date. Any time an agency fee is
charged for any amount the agent must disclose the fee
amount and have the customer sign an agency fee
agreement, which is uploaded in the client file on
Insurance Pro.
