                 Purpose

                 Guidelines for new employee onboarding to the company

                 and position.


                 Applicability

                 DSMs and RSMs are prepared with a handbook and a new

                 agent set up for the first day.


                 Prerequisites

                 Access to Paycom

                 Access to A-MAX University



                 Responsibilities

                 OM- in charge of making sure everything is set up for the
                 new agent.

                 Sales Agent- follow guidelines of the first week of training

                 and provide all the necessary documents to the DSM.
                 DSM- in charge of providing logins and email to the agent

                 and setting them up for the system.
