ORDERING OFFICE

                 Purpose

                 Office  Managers  will  order  office  supplies  on  a  monthly
                 basis.



                 Applicability
                 Office  Manager  and  DSM  will  have  a  guideline  on  how  to
                 ensure the office has appropriate inventory.



                 Prerequisites
                 Access to Office Depot Portal



                 Responsibilities

                 Office Manager- in charge of making sure the appropriate
                 amount of supplies are ordered for the office every month.

                 DSM- in charge of approving the supply order for the store up
                 to certain levels, which vary depending upon the size of the

                 office ($150-250).
                 Operation Administrator- in charge of reviewing the order(s)

                 and approving them
