Procedure
The Office manager makes sure the desk space for the new agent
is ready and clean (check all of the drawers and remove anything
from the previous employee) for their first day. The day will start
at 8:55 AM. DSM will receive logins for new hires from HR.
When the Sales Agent arrives, set them up in Paycom and make
sure all logins work (Gplex, email, etc.)
NOTE: Refer to HR’s New Hire Onboarding process for more
detailed information.
Sales agent is required to fill an I-9 filled form in Paycom for HR
to collect. DSMs must complete the employer section of the I-9
and send HR the copies of the employee's ID (driver’s license or
social security card). New agent will go to Paycom to do
onboarding by going through the company handbook and
guidelines. Onboarding should be completed before the Sales
agent can start New Agent Training (NAT). DSM should give the
new agent a tour of the office and introduce them to the team.
The new Sales Agent will start the NAT training at 10:30. Training
for the new sales agent will last a week if they are not licensed.
A month after the new agent has started, the Sales leadership will
conduct a rising star zoom call to check in with the agent and
receive feedback on the first month. At this call leadership will
share tips on how to become a better agent.
