Procedure
The DSM and RSM need to look at Paycom for potential
candidates or reach out to recruiters to discuss new
candidate needs. Review resumes on a regular basis
depending on the need for new hires. DSM and RSM may be
actively involved in recruiting if office(s) are understaffed.
Once DSM has found a candidate of interest, contact the
candidate to set up an interview.
DSM and RSM are actively recruiting from local
competitors and similar service businesses.
DSM will do an initial interview and meet with candidates
in the office. If a second interview is needed the DSM will
consult with their RSM. Fill out the candidate employee
evaluation form and send it to HR. HR will create an offer
letter and send it to the potential candidate. HR will let DSM
know if the candidate did not accept the offer letter right
away. Reach out to the candidate to let them know the offer
was sent and encourage the candidate to accept the offer.
DSM must provide reasoning in Paycom for passing a
candidate.
