                   Purpose

                   Guidance on how to look for potential candidates and
                   interview them.



                   Applicability

                   DSM and RSM will know how to look for candidates

                   and what steps to take to hire them with HR.



                   Prerequisites

                   Understanding  of  the  A-MAX  values  and  able  to

                   articulate those when recruiting new talent


                   Responsibilities

                   DSM-  in  charge  of  looking  for  potential  candidates,

                   interviewing and hiring the candidate(s).

                   RSM- in charge of assisting and providing guidance to

                   DSMs.

                   HR- in charge of providing guidance to managers on

                   how to recruit and interview potential candidates.
