                               EVALUATION












                   Purpose
                   Provide guidance on how to evaluate employees at the end of the

                   year.

                   Applicability

                   To appropriately evaluate employees based on set criteria.



                   Prerequisites
                   To  fill  out  an  evaluation  form,  your  title  is  DSM,  RSM,  Sales

                   Director, or President of Sales and Operation.


                   Responsibilities
                   HR- in charge of providing guidance to the department on how to
                   evaluate.

                   DSM- in charge of conducting agent evaluation every year.
                   RSM- in charge of conducting the DSM evaluation every year.

                   Sales Directors- in charge of conducting evaluations for RSMs
                   every year.
                   President of Sales and Operations- oversight for DSM and RSM

                   and in charge of conducting evaluations for Sales Directors.
