UNDERWRITING










               Purpose



               Audits  of  the  policy  application  are  conducted  by  the

               Underwriting           team        to     ensure        accuracy         for      all

               documentation requirements.


               Applicability

               Guidance on the documents that need to be collected at the
               time of the transaction.


               Prerequisites

               Access to the Underwriting portal



               Responsibilities

               Sales agent- in charge of collecting all necessary documents
               from customers at the time of sale and uploading them to

               Insurance pro.

               UW  Auditors-  in  charge  of  auditing  the  applications  for
               complete  information  and  ensuring  proper  document

               uploads.

               DSM- in charge of doing a review of the applications and
               conducting  their  own  review  and  providing  any

               coaching to agents.
