Setting up your Freshworks Account

1.) You will be sent an email to 2.) Fill in the
your A-MAX email account from fields using
Freshworks. your A-MAX
login and
← password,
(similar to what is shown on the left)
← Then click
“Sign in”.
You will need to click on the blue
“Activate Account” button.

3.) Once you are logged in,
you will be taken to the
account page. Since you
only have one account, click
on the orange A-Max
Insurance button under My
Accounts.
