Who do I contact if I need help with Freshworks?
Cheat Sheets: Use the Expert Guide, training videos page, or the Quick Reference Page as your cheat sheets, and look
through them to see if your question has already been answered.
Your DSM: You first need to reach out to your DSM. If they do not know the answer to your question, they should know the
right person to direct you to.
A-MAX University: The Freshworks Course and its resources are searchable in A-MAX University. You can view all the
videos or download the expert guide as needed.
Feedback Form: Enter any questions, or submit any feedback that you have about Freshworks.
