  Do I need to update the lifecycle Status when a customer is requesting a quote? Yes, you must update the status to
  “Contacted” and answer the mandatory questions before quoting the customer. Customer who have gotten quotes
  before we launched Freshworks will be in “New” status until an agent updates their profile.


  How can I view my contacts? Contacts where you are the Sales Owner will be viewable in the Contacts tab. From the
  Contacts tab, you can choose any one of the views you’d like from the Contact views drop-down, sort the results and
  filter them, to see a list of refined Contacts.

  What does Last Contacted mean? Last contacted will be updated if a user emails, texts, or leaves a call log for a
  contact. They will also appear on the “Recent Conversations” tab of the contact.

  What is a Team? A team is a group of agents assigned to a District Sales Manager.
