Contact Life Cycle- Status













       New: You don’t have all their mandatory contact information in Freshworks to create a quote.
       Contact them to get their updated information so you can move them along their journey. Online

       quotes and existing contacts created before Freshworks went live default to New status.


       Contacted: You have all their mandatory contact information and are in contact with the customer.
       After quoting, you should move this to Unsold or Sold.


       Unsold: You provided the contact with a quote, but they did not purchase the policy. Be sure to

       select the reason why they were unsold.


       Sold: The contact purchased a policy from A-MAX. Great job!
