               requirements.

               Can I use OneSpan to request documents from customers such as a copy of their ID or
               pictures of their vehicle?

               Yes, you can specify which attachments you need from the customer from the list of options. Be
               sure to mark them required so that the customer receives reminders until all attachments are
               uploaded.
               What documents make up a typical new business application?


               Typically, a new business application will include the full carrier application, insurance cards,
               gPlex receipt, and InsurancePro receipt/A-MAX Agency Fee Acknowledgement Form.
               Are documents set to expire if not signed by the customer?

               Yes, the documents will expire within five days if the customer does not sign them. An
               automated reminder email will be sent daily to the customer.

               Can an invitation link be sent out via SMS text message?

               Yes, in SMS text message to request signature can be sent to the customer. You must enter the
               customer’s cell phone number when creating the package.

               Can I edit documents after they have been sent?

               The documents themselves cannot be edited after being sent. However, if an incorrect email
               address was used, this can be corrected and does not require a new package to be sent.

               Which carriers accept OneSpan?

               All carriers accept OneSpan. However, for carriers like Aspen who have their own remote
               signing process, you should use their system to send the application and OneSpan to sign A-
               MAX specific documents.

               The certificate of completion will prove that the documents were sent directly to the customer
               via email or text. Please refer to the Underwriting Guidelines Google Sheet for specific carrier
               requirements.

               Do I need to upload signed applications and attachments from OneSpan into InsurancePro?

               Yes, please download all documents from OneSpan and add them to the customer’s profile.
