VETERAN
BENEFITS
VA Aid & Attendance is a valuable but often
overlooked income benefit from the VA, specifically
designed to support elderly Veterans, and surviving
spouses.
If you're an elder Veteran or the spouse of one in
need of assisted living or in-home care, you may be
eligible to receive significant financial assistance.
You could receive up to $34,000 a year in benefits
to help pay for the cost of your care.
If you are a Veteran who served at least 90 days,
during a time when we were declared at war and
find yourself needing help with at least two
activities of daily living, then the chances are very
high that you can qualify! This may be in spite of
what a Veterans organization has previously told
you. Sadly, there are organizations that don't
disclose to Veterans that by restructuring their
assets, they could qualify for this very important
benefit.
Our attorneys are accredited by the Department of
Veterans Affairs and work with Veterans and their
loved ones to restructure their assets in a way that
they may still qualify for these funds. Only an
attorney accredited by the VA can give you the
most accurate advice when it comes to qualification
strategies.
Thank you for your service to our country.
