TRUST

                     ADMINISTRATION

Trust Administration refers to the administration of a Revocable
Living Trust following the death of the person who created the
           trust.

When the trust maker dies, the trustee will be faced with various
requirements such as obtaining a new tax identification number for
the trust, filing a notification of the trust’s existence in the correct
court, collecting assets that come into the trust through probate or
by beneficiary designation, and fulfilling statutory notice and
accounting duties. Depending on the structure of the trust as set
forth in the trust agreement, trust administration can last from
           months to years.

Whether you are a trustee or a trust beneficiary, we are familiar
with your rights and duties and would be happy to help you
successfully navigate the trust administration process.
